Desk posture for office syndrome

The video is in Thai, with Thai captions on screen.

You sit at a desk every day, but are you sitting the right way?

Good desk posture helps ease the neck, shoulder and back pain that comes with office syndrome. A few small adjustments can make your body feel much more comfortable.

Move slowly and stay within a pain-free range. Stop and see a doctor if pain gets worse or you feel numbness or pain that spreads.
