Dry Needling

Trigger-point release

Fine needles release tight, knotted muscles, a good match for office syndrome.

Dry Needling at ReHappy Clinic

Does this sound like you?

  • Tight neck, shoulders or upper back after long hours at a screen
  • Tender, hard knots you can feel in a muscle
  • Pain that spreads from your shoulders up into your head or temples
  • Back pain from tight muscles that massage only eases for a while

If it does, let our doctor assess you before treatment starts.

What is dry needling?

Dry needling uses fine, sterile needles placed into trigger points, the tight knots in a muscle, to help the muscle release. Nothing is injected.

Before treatment

A doctor first checks whether your pain really comes from the muscle and whether this treatment suits you. Some people feel a little sore where they were treated for a short while afterwards.

Your actual plan depends on the doctor’s assessment.
